Paneer Pav Bhaji

INGREDIENTS
Oil - 1 tablespoon
Onions - 100 grams
Garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
Bell pepper - 100 grams
Tomato - 160 grams
Pav bhaji masala - 1 tablespoon
Chaat masala - 1/2 tablespoon
Boiled cauliflower - 50 grams
Boiled carrot - 50 grams
Boiled potato - 500 grams
Grated paneer - 100 grams
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Turmeric - 1/4 teaspoon
Butter - 30 grams 
Lemon juice - 2 teaspoons
Green chili - 2 teaspoons
Water - 250 milliliters

 

PREPARATION


1. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a skillet, add 100 grams onions, 1 teaspoon garlic paste, 100 grams bell pepper and saute for 2 - 3 minutes.
2. Add 160 grams tomato and saute until soft. Add 1 tablespoon pav bhaji masala, 1/2 tablespoon chaat masala and saute for a few minutes until you get a roasted aroma.
3. Add 50 grams boiled cauliflower, 50 grams boiled carrot, 500 grams boiled potato, 100 grams grated paneer, 1 teaspoon salt and mash them well.
4. Add 1/4 teaspoon turmeric, 30 grams butter, 2 teaspoons lemon juice, 2 teaspoons green chili, 250 milliliters water and simmer the paneer bhaji for about 10 minutes stirring occasionally.
5. Serve the paneer pav bhaji along with pav.
