Butter - 4 tablespoons
All purpose flour - 40 grams
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Milk - 500 milliliters
Coriander seeds - 1 teaspoons
Dry red chili - 1
Oil - 1 tablespoon
Paneer - 180 grams
Granulated sugar - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Fresh cream - 1 tablespoon
Almonds - for garnishing
Saffron - for garnishing
PREPARATION
1. Heat 4 tablespoons butter in a heavy skillet, add 40 grams all purpose flour and stir. Add 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper and mix well.
2. Add 500 milliliters milk and stir continuously until it gets thicken. Keep aside.
3. Blend 1 teaspoon coriander seeds and 1 dry red chili in a blender.
4. Heat 1 teaspoon oil in a heavy skillet, add the white gravy and saute on a medium flame for 2 - 3 minutes.
5. Add coriander - chili powder in it and cook for 2 - 3 minutes, while stirring continuously.
6. Add 180 grams paneer, 1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar, 1/2 teaspoon salt, mix gently and simmer for 2 - 3 minutes.
7. Add 1 tablespoon fresh cream and mix well.
8. Garnish with almonds and saffron.
9. Serve hot.
