 Cheese Pesto Pinwheel Sandwich

INGREDIENTS

Butter - 150 grams

All purpose flour - 200 grams

Water - 200 milliliters

Pesto sauce - to taste

Grated paneer - to taste

Mozzarella cheese - to taste

PREPARATION

1. In a blender, add 150 grams butter, 300 grams all purpose flour and blend it well.

2. Transfer this into a mixing bowl, add 200 milliliters water and knead it into a smooth soft dough.

3. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

4. Place the dough on a surface and dust it with flour.

5. Flatten the dough with the help of a rolling pin.

6. Spread the pesto sauce on the flattened dough.

7. Top with grated paneer and mozzarella cheese.

8. Roll it tightly to make a cylindrical shape.

9. Cut it into round slices.

10. Place it on a baking tray.

11. Preheat the oven to 400°F/200°C. Bake for 30 minutes.

12. Serve.
