INGREDIENTS
Milk - 800 milliliters
Mangoes - 600 grams
Powdered sugar - 70 grams
Rose water - 2 teaspoons
Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
Cardamom powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Pistachios
PREPARATION
1. In a blender, add 600 grams mangoes and blend it into a smooth puree.
2. Transfer this into a mixing bowl, add 70 grams powdered sugar, 2 teaspoons rose water, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder, prepared reduced milk and mix it well.
3. Transfer this mixture into a heavy skillet and mix it well.
4. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
5. Transfer this mixture into a bowl.
6. Take some mixture in your hand and roll it into a ball, then flatten it lightly.
7. Make a depression in the centre using your finger.
8. Garnish with pistachios.
9. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
10. Serve.

Milk - 50 milliliters
Almonds - to taste
Pistachios - to taste
Dry rose petals - to taste
