INGREDIENTS
Almonds - 1 tablespoon

Cashews - 1 tablespoon

Ghee - 50 milliliters

Boiled mashed potatoes - 300 grams

Milk - 200 milliliters

Jaggery powder - 30 grams

Almonds - for garnishing

 

PREPARATION

  1. In a blender, add 1 tablespoon almonds, 1 tablespoon cashews and blend it into a fine powder.
  2. Heat 50 milliliters ghee in a pan, add 300 grams boiled mashed potatoes and mix it well.
  3. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
  4. Then, add 200 milliliters milk and mix it well.
  5. Cook until the mixture thickens.
  6. Now, add 30 grams jaggery powder and mix it again.
  7. Cook for 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat.
  8. Add the blended dry fruits and mix it well.
  9. Cook for another 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat.
  10. Remove it from heat.
  11. Garnish with almonds.
  12. Serve hot.
