Apple Jalebi With Kesar Vanilla Ice Crea

INGREDIENTS
Warm milk - 30 milliliters
Saffron - 1/2 teaspoon
Vanilla ice cream - 8 - 10 scoops
Pistachios - 30 grams
Yeast - 1 teaspoon
Powdered sugar - 1 1/2 teaspoons
Warm water - 40 milliliters
All purpose flour - 200 grams
Water - 350 milliliters
Water - 150 milliliters
Sugar - 300 grams
Saffron - 10 strands
Cardamom powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Apple
Oil - for frying
Pistachios - for garnishing
PREPARATION
1. In a bowl, add 30 milliliters warm water, 1/2 teaspoon saffron and mix it well.
2. Soak for 5 minutes.
3. In a blender, add 8 - 10 scoops vanilla ice cream, 30 grams pistachios, soaked saffron milk and blend until smooth.
4. Pour this mixture into a dish and freeze for 4 - 6 hours.
5. In a mixing bowl, add 1 teaspoon yeast, 1 1/2 teaspoons powdered sugar, 40 milliliters warm water and mix it well.
6. Rest the mixture for 5 minutes.
7. Add 200 grams all purpose flour, 350 milliliters water and mix it well to make a thick batter.
8. Rest the batter for 15 minutes.
9. In a pan, add 150 milliliters water, 300 grams sugar and stir well.
10. Add 10 saffron strands and mix it well.
11. Bring it to a boil.
12. Add 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder and mix it well.
13. Remove it from heat.
14. Now, take a apple and remove it’s skin.
15. Then cut it into round slices.
16. Cut out a circle from inside. (See Video)
17. Dip the slice into the batter.
18. Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet and deep fry these until golden brown and crispy.
19. Dip it in the prepared sugar syrup.
20. Soak for about 3 minutes.
21. Flip it and soak for another 3 minutes.
22. Place it on a serving plate.
23. Top with the prepared ice cream.
24. Garnish with pistachios.
25. Serve.
