Carrot Halwa Chocolate

INGREDIENTS

Carrots - 350 grams

Ghee - 80 milliliters

Khoa - 125 grams

Condensed milk - 100 grams

Cardamom powder - 1/2 teaspoon

Crushed almonds - 1 tablespoon

Crushed pistachios - 1 tablespoon

Crushed cashews - 2 tablespoons

Raisins - 1 tablespoon

Dark chocolate - 200 grams

White chocolate - 200 grams

 

PREPARATION

  1. Heat 80 milliliters ghee in a pan, add 350 grams grated carrots and saute for 1 - 2 minutes.
  2. Cover it with lid and cook for about 5 minutes on medium heat.
  3. Now, add 125 grams khoa and mix it.
  4. Then, add 100 grams condensed milk, 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder, 1 tablespoon crushed almonds, 1 tablespoon crushed pistachios, 2 tablespoons crushed cashews, 1 tablespoon raisins and mix it well.
  5. Cook for another 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat
  6. Remove it from heat.
  7. Take 200 gm dark chocolate and microwave it with continuous stirring in between.
  8. Put it in chocolate mould with the help of piping bag and rotate to cover all the sides.
  9. Freeze it for 10 minutes to create its shell.
  10. Now fill the frozen chocolate shells with the prepared carrot halwa and cover the top part with the molten chocolate.
  11. Freeze it for another 10 minutes.
  12. Repeat the same process for white chocolate too.
  13. Serve.
