PREPARATION
1. Take a heavy skillet, add 350 grams desiccated coconut and roast them for 5 minutes.
2. Add 500 grams sugar and mix it well until the sugar is dissolved.
3. Then, add 200 milliliters milk, 60 grams fresh cream and mix well.
4. Cook until the mixture comes together and begins to leave the sides of the pan.
5. Add 2 tablespoons ghee, 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder and mix it well.
6. Cook for 3 - 5 minutes.
7. Pour the mixture into the greased tray and spread it evenly.
8. Garnish some cashews on top of it.
9. Cool for 30 minutes.
10. Cut it into desired shape.
11. Serve now or store in an airtight container.
