Eggless White Vanilla Cupcakes

INGREDIENTS

Butter - 100 grams

Sugar - 180 grams

Yogurt - 140 grams

Vanilla extract - 1/2 teaspoon

All purpose flour - 255 grams

Baking powder - 3 teaspoons

Milk - 150 milliliters

Whipped cream - for topping

Strawberries - to taste

PREPARATION

1. In a mixing bowl, add 100 grams butter, 180 grams sugar and whisk it well.

2. Add 140 grams yogurt, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract and whisk it again.

3. Now, add 255 grams all purpose flour, 3 teaspoons baking powder, 150 milliliters milk and whisk it into a smooth and thick batter.

4. Divide the batter between the muffin cups.

5. Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Bake for 30 minutes.

6. Remove it from oven and top with whipped cream.

7. Garnish with strawberries.

8. Serve.
