Gulab Jamun With Honey Noodles and Vanilla Ice Cream

INGREDIENTS

Sugar - 300 grams

Water - 450 milliliters

Cardamom powder - 1/2 teaspoon

Khoa - 245 grams

All purpose flour - 50 grams

Baking powder - 1/2 teaspoon

Cardamom powder - 1/2 teaspoon

Ghee - 20 milliliters

Oil - for frying

Sugar - 60 grams

Water - 60 milliliters

Honey - 60 milliliters

Sesame seeds - 2 teaspoons

Pastry sheet 

Oil - for frying

PREPARATION

1. Take a pan, add 300 grams sugar, 450 milliliters water and stir until the sugar is fully dissolved.

2. Bring it to a boil.

3. Add 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder and stir well.

4. Remove it from heat and cool for about 10 minutes.

5. In a mixing bowl, add 245 grams khoa, 50 grams all purpose flour, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder, 20 milliliters ghee and knead it

into a smooth soft dough.

6. Rest the dough for 15 minutes.

7. Take a portion from dough and roll it into a ball.

8. Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet and deep fry these until it turns dark brown and crispy.

9. Dip it in prepared sugar syrup and soak for about 15 minutes.

10. In a pan, add 60 grams sugar, 60 grams water and stir until the sugar is fully dissolved.

11. Add 60 milliliters honey and stir well.

12. Add 2 teaspoons sesame seeds and mix it well.

13. Bring it to a boil. Keep side.

14. Take a pastry sheet and cut it into long strips.

15. Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet and deep fry these until it turns golden brown and crispy.

16. Darin it on an absorbent paper.

17. Place it on a serving plate.

18. Top with prepared honey syrup.

19. Add prepared gulab jamun on top of it.

20. Now, add a scoop of vanilla ice cream on it.

21. Top with some prepared honey syrup.

22. Serve
