INGREDIENTS

Desi ghee - 1 tablespoon
Cashews - 30 grams
Raisins - 30 grams
Split bengal gram - 250 grams
Desi ghee - 50 milliliters
Powdered sugar - 150 grams
Cardamom powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Desi ghee - 1 tablespoon

PREPARATION


1. Heat 1 tablespoon desi ghee in a pan, add 30 grams cashews and roast for 2 - 3 minutes on medium heat.
2. Add 30 grams raisins and roast for 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat.
3. Remove it from heat and keep aside.
4. Take a another pan, add 250 grams split bengal gram and dry roast for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
5. Remove it from heat and transfer this into a blender.
6. Blend it into a fine powder.
7. Strain the powder properly through a stainer and keep aside.
8. Heat 50 milliliters desi ghee in a pan, add the blended mixture and mix it well.
9. Cook for 8 - 10 minutes on medium heat.
10. Then, add 150 grams powdered sugar, 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder and mix it well.
11. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
12. Remove it from heat and transfer this into a mixing bowl.
13. Add 1 tablespoon desi ghee, roasted dry fruits and mix it well.
14. Take some mixture any our hands and shape it into a ladoo.
15. Serve or store in an airtight container.
