Parle - G, Hide & Seek Biscuit Cake

INGREDIENTS

Parle - G biscuits - 220 grams
Hide & seek biscuits - 190 grams
Powdered sugar - 6 tablespoons
Vanilla essence - 1 teaspoon
Fruit salt - 1 teaspoon
Oil - 40 milliliters
Milk - 1 litre
Almonds - to taste
Cashews - to taste
Pistachios - to taste

PREPARATION


1. In a blender, add 220 grams parle g biscuits and blend it into a fine powder.
2. In a blender, add 190 grams hide & seek biscuits and blend it into a fine powder.
3. Transfer this into a mixing bowl, add the blended parle g biscuits, 6 tablespoons powdered sugar and mix it well.
4. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla essence, 1 teaspoon fruit salt and mix it well.
5. Then, add 40 milliliters oil, 1 litre milk and mix it well to make a thick batter.
6. Transfer the batter into a baking dish.
7. Garnish with almonds, cashews and pistachios.
8. Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Bake for 30 minutes.
9. Remove it from oven.
10. Cut it into slices.
11. Serve.
