Salted Caramel Chocolate Cake

INGREDIENTS

All purpose flour - 200 grams

Cocoa powder - 60 grams

Baking powder - 1/4 teaspoon

Baking soda - 1/4 teaspoon

Eggs - 3

Powdered sugar - 100 grams

Oil - 80 milliliters

Vanilla essence - 1 tablespoon

Butter milk - 100 milliliters

Icing sugar - 100 grams

Butter - 100 grams

Fresh cream - 120 grams

Condensed milk - 150 grams

Butter - 200 grams

Powdered brown sugar - 400 grams

Prepared sauce - 250 grams

Fresh cream - 100 grams

Walnuts - to taste

PREPARATION

1. In a mixing bowl, add 200 grams all purpose flour, 60 grams cocoa powder, 1/4 teaspoon baking powder, 1/4 teaspoon baking soda and mix it well.

2. In a another mixing bowl, add 3 eggs and whisk it well.

3. Then, add 100 grams powdered sugar, 100 grams powdered brown sugar and mix it well.

4. Add 80 milliliters oil, 1 tablespoon vanilla essence and mix it well.

5. Now, add the prepared mixture and mix it well to make a thick batter.

6. Add 100 milliliters butter milk and mix it well.

7. Pour the batter into a baking dish and spread it evenly.

8. Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Bake for 40 - 45 minutes.

9. Take a deep pan, add 100 grams icing sugar and stir continuously until the sugar is melted.

10. Add 100 grams butter and mix it well.

11. Then, add 120 grams fresh cream and mix it well.

12. Bring it to a boil.

13. Now, add 150 grams condensed milk and mix it well.

14. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.

15. Remove it from heat and allow it to cool.

16. In a mixing bowl, add 200 grams butter and whisk it well.

17. Then, add 400 grams powdered brown sugar and mix it well.

18. Add 250 grams prepared sauce and mix it well.

19. Now, add 100 grams fresh cream and mix it well to make a thick batter.

20. Take a cake base and add the prepared frosting over it and spread it evenly.

21. Then, add a layer of walnuts on top of it.

22. Place the another cake base on it.

23. Add the prepared frosting over it and spread it evenly.

24. Refrigerate for 1 hour.

25. Drizzle some prepared sauce over it to make a design.

26. Add some walnuts on it.

27. Cut it into slices.

28. Serve.
