Strawberry Falooda

INGREDIENTS

Water - 100 milliliters

Chia seeds - 2 teaspoons

Water - 500 milliliters

Strawberry jelly mix - 100 grams

Milk - 500 milliliters

Fresh cream - 130 grams

Condensed milk - 170 grams

Almonds - 2 tablespoons

Pistachios - 2 tablespoons

Cashews - 2 tablespoons

Water - 450 milliliters

Vermicelli - 120 grams

Strawberry syrup

Vanilla ice cream

Almonds - for garnishing

Pistachios - for garnishing

Cashews - for garnishing

Wafer stick - for garnishing


 

PREPARATION

1. In a bowl, add 100 milliliters water, 2 teaspoons chia seeds and soak for 30 - 40 minutes.

2. Heat 500 milliliters water in a pan, add 100 grams strawberry jelly mix and mix it well.

3. Bring it to a boil.

4. Pour the mixture into a tray.

5. Refrigerate it for 30 - 40 minutes or till the jelly is prepared.

6. Heat 500 milliliters milk in a another pan, 130 grams fresh cream, 170 grams condensed milk and mix it well.

7. Bring it to a boil.

8. Add 2 tablespoons almonds, 2 tablespoons pistachios, 2 tablespoons cashews and mix it well.

9. Cool and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

10. Heat 450 milliliters water in a another pan, add 120 grams vermicelli and mix it well.

11. Bring it to a boil and darin well.

12. Take a glass and spread strawberry syrup inside the glass.

13. Add boiled vermicelli, soaked chia seeds, prepared jelly and chilled prepared milk.

14. Top with vanilla ice cream.

15. Garnish with almonds, pistachios and cashews.

16. Serve chilled and enjoy!
