Grilled Chicken In BBQ Sauce

INGREDIENTS
Ketchup - 150 grams
Powdered brown sugar - 2 tablespoons
Worcestershire sauce - 1 tablespoon
Apple cider vinegar - 30 milliliters
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Dry mustard powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Chicken drumstick - 950 grams
Garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
Ginger paste - 1 tablespoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
Prepared BBQ sauce - 50 grams
Butter - 10 grams
Prepared BBQ sauce - 90 grams
Oregano - 1 teaspoon
Chilli flakes - 1 teaspoon
PREPARATION
1. Take a pan, add 150 grams ketchup, 2 tablespoons powdered brown sugar and mix it well.
2. Add 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce, 30 milliliters apple cider vinegar, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard powder and mix it well.
3. Bring it to a boil.
4. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
5. Remove it from heat and keep aside.
6. In a mixing bowl, add 950 grams chicken drumstick, 1 tablespoon garlic paste, 1 tablespoon ginger paste, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 50 grams prepared BBQ sauce and mix it well.
7. Marinate for 30 - 40 minutes.
8. Heat 10 grams butter in a grill pan, add the marinated chicken drumstick on the grill pan.
9. Cook until it turns golden brown in color from all sides.
10. Remove it from heat and place it on a baking tray.
11. In a bowl, add 90 grams prepared BBQ sauce, 1 teaspoon oregano, 1 teaspoon chilli flakes and mix it well.
12. Brush the prepared sauce on the chicken drumstick.
13. Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Bake for 18 - 20 minutes.
14. Remove it from oven.
15. Serve hot.
