Potatoes - 650 grams
Water - 800 milliliters
Oil - 1 tablespoon
Garlic - 1 teaspoon
Green chili - 1 teaspoon
Turmeric - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
Coriander - 1 tablespoon
Dry red chili - 25 grams
Water - 200 milliliters
Garlic cloves - 80 grams
Black salt - 1 teaspoon
Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
Water - 100 milliliters
Butter - for shallow frying
Butter - 1 tablespoon
Coriander - 1 tablespoon
Pav buns
Onion slices
Tomato slices
Chaat masala

PREPARATION
1. Take a pressure cooker, add 650 grams potatoes, 800 milliliters water and cover it with lid.
2. Cook until you hear 3 - 4 whistles.
3. Open the lid and remove it from heat.
4. Peel and mash the potatoes properly and keep aside.
5. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan, add 1 teaspoon garlic, 1 teaspoon green chili and stir well.
6. Add 1 teaspoon turmeric, 1 teaspoon salt and stir again.
7. Then, add the boiled mashed potatoes and mix it well.
8. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
9. Add 1 teaspoon lemon juice and mix it well.
10. Add 1 tablespoon coriander and mix it again.
11. Cook for another 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat.
12. Remove it from heat and keep aside.
13. Take a dry red chili and remove the seeds from it.
14. Transfer this into a bowl, add 200 milliliters water and soak for 30 minutes.
15. Transfer this into a blender, add 80 grams garlic cloves, 1 teaspoon black salt, 1 teaspoon cumin powder, 1 teaspoon garam masala, 100 milliliters water and blend it into a paste.
16. Take some potato mixture in your hands and shape it into a tikki.
17. Heat some butter in a pan and shallow fry these until golden brown and crispy from all sides.
18. Remove it from heat and drain it on an absorbent paper.
19. Heat 1 tablespoon butter in a another pan, add some prepared chutney on it.
20. Then, add 1 tablespoon coriander and mix it well.
21. Place the pav buns on top of it.
22. Cook for 2 - 3 minutes from both sides.
23. Remove it from heat and place it on a board.
24. Place the prepared tikki on top of it.
25. Then, add some onion and tomato slices on top of it.
26. Sprinkle some chaat masala and sev on it.
27. Cover it with another piece of bun.
28. Serve.
