Boiled Egg Sandwich

INGREDIENTS

 

Coriander - 15 grams

Green chili - 2 tablespoons

Spring onions - 30 grams

Garlic - 1 tablespoon

Ginger - 1 teaspoon

Salt - 1 teaspoon

Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons

Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon

Water - 30 milliliters

Boiled eggs - 6

Onions - 85 grams

Bell pepper - 45 grams

Tomato - 50 grams

Mozzarella cheese - 55 grams

Green chilli - 1 teaspoon

Salt - 1/2 teaspoon

Red chili - 1/2 teaspoon

Oregano - 1 teaspoon

Chaat masala - 1 teaspoon

Prepared green chutney - to taste

Boiled egg  - 1

Ketchup - to taste

Butter - for brushing

 

PREPARATION

 

  1. In a mixing bowl, add 15 grams of coriander, 2 tablespoons of green chili, 30 grams of spring onions, 1 tablespoon of garlic, 1 teaspoon of ginger, 1 teaspoon of salt, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 1/2 teaspoon of cumin powder, 30 milliliters water.
  2. Transfer it to a blender and blend it in a smooth paste.
  3. Now, In a another mixing bowl, add 6 grated boiled eggs, 85 grams of onions, 45 grams of bell pepper, 50 grams of tomato, 55 grams of mozzarella cheese, 1 teaspoon of green chilli, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of red chilli, 1 teaspoon of oregano, 1 teaspoon  chaat masala and mix it well to combine.
  4. Take a bread slices and add green chutney on it.
  5. Now, add prepared mixture on it.
  6. Then, add the prepared 2 boiled eggs on top of it.
  7. Again, take a bread slice and put ketchup on top of it.
  8. Then, place that bread slice on top of it.
  9. Pickup that bread slice and put it in a pan.
  10. Then, Brush it with butter.
  11. Then cut the sandwich into 2 slices.
  12. Serve.
