Cheesy Chapati Cones

Wheat flour - 200 grams

Salt - 1/2 teaspoon

Oil - 10 milliliters

Water - 120 milliliters

Oil - 20 milliliters

Onions - 85 grams

Carrots - 70 grams

Green peas - 65 grams

Bell pepper - 165 grams

Cabbage - 75 grams

Bell pepper - 65 grams

Salt - 1 teaspoon

Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon

Chilli flakes - 1/2 teaspoon

Processed cheese - 115 grams

All purpose flour - 200 grams

Water - 350 milliliters

Bread crumbs - for coating

Oil - for frying

PREPARATION

1. In a mixing bowl, add 200 grams wheat flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 10 milliliters oil, 120 milliliters water and knead it into a smooth soft dough.

2. Rest the dough for 20 minutes.

3. Heat 20 milliliters oil in a skillet, add 85 grams onions and fry till translucent or until it turns golden brown in color.

4. Then, add 70 grams carrots, 65 grams green peas, 165 grams bell pepper, 75 grams cabbage, 65 grams bell pepper and mix it well.

5. Cook for 8 - 10 minutes on medium heat.

6. Add 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes and mix it well.

7. Transfer this mixture into a bowl, add 115 grams processed cheese and mix it well.

8. In a bowl, add 200 grams all purpose flour, 350 milliliters water and mix it well to make a thick batter.

9. Take a ball from dough and flatten it with the help of a rolling pin.

10. Place it on a hot tawa and cook on moderate heat for 2 - 3 minutes.

11. Flip it gently.

12. Cook until it turns golden brown in color from both sides.

13. Remove it from heat and place it on a board.

14. Cut it into four pieces.

15. Add the prepared paste on it.

16. Make a cone of it.

17. Then, add the prepared mixture in it.

18. Dip it in all purpose flour paste.

19. Now, roll it in bread crumbs.

20. Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet and deep fry these until golden brown and crispy.

21. Drain it on an absorbent paper.

22. Serve hot.
