Sugar - 125 grams
Water - 70 milliliters
Tamarind water - 250 milliliters
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Chilli flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
Organic food color - 1/8 teaspoon
Corn flour - 1 tablespoon
Water - 35 milliliters
Water - 700 milliliters
Green peas - 55 grams
Carrots - 50 grams
Cauliflower - 70 grams
Butter - 1 tablespoon
Cumin - 1 teaspoon
Ginger garlic paste - 2 teaspoons
Onions - 90 grams
Tomato - 50 grams
Bell pepper - 170 grams
Boiled potatoes - 280 grams
Turmeric - 1/8 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Red chili - 1/2 teaspoon
Paprika - 1 teaspoon
Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
Pav bhaji masla - 1 tablespoon
Water - 250 milliliters
Butter - 1 tablespoon
Red chili paste - 1 teaspoon
Lemon juice - 20 milliliters
Coriander - 1 tablespoon
Butter - 1 tablespoon
Onions - 45 grams
Paneer - 100 grams
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Kitchen king masala - 1/4 teaspoon
Hot dog buns
Prepared chutney - to taste
Green chutney - to taste
Tomato slices - to taste
Paneer slices - to taste
Onions - to taste
Chaat masala - to taste
Lemon juice - to taste
Tandoori mayonnaise - to taste
Cheese slices - to taste
Butter - for shallow frying
PREPARATION
1. Take a pan, add 125 grams sugar, 70 milliliters water and stir well until the sugar is fully dissolved.
2. Add 250 milliliters tamarind water and mix it well.
3. Bring it to a boil.
4. Add 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder, 1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes, 1/8 teaspoon organic food color and mix it well.
5. In a bowl, add 1 tablespoon corn flour, 35 milliliters water and mix it well.
6. Pour the mixture into and mix it well.
7. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
8. Remove it from heat and allow it to cool for about 10 minutes.
9. Take a pan, add 700 milliliters water, 55 grams green peas, 50 grams carrots, 70 grams cauliflower and stir well.
10. Bring it to a boil.
11. Remove it from heat and drain the veggies.
12. Heat 1 tablespoon butter in a skillet, add 1 teaspoon cumin, 2 teaspoons ginger garlic paste and stir for 1 - 2 minutes.
13. Then, add 90 grams onions and fry till translucent or until it turns golden brown in color.
14. Now, add 50 grams tomato, 170 grams bell pepper and mix it well.
15. Add the boiled veggies and mix it again.
16. Cook for 8 - 10 minutes on medium heat.
17. Add 280 grams boiled potatoes and mix it well.
18. Add 1/8 teaspoon turmeric and stir well.
19. Add 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon red chili, 1 teaspoon paprika, 1/2 teaspoon garam masala, 1 tablespoon pav bhaji masala and mix it well.
20. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
21. Mash the mixture with the help of a food masher.
22. Add 250 milliliters water and mix it well.
23. Add 1 tablespoon butter, 1 teaspoon red chili paste and mix it well.
24. Cook for 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat.
25. Add 20 milliliters lemon juice, 1 tablespoon coriander and mix it well.
26. Remove it from heat and keep aside.
27. Heat 1 tablespoon butter in a another skillet, add 45 grams onions and fry till translucent or until it turns golden brown in color.
28. Then, add 100 gram grated paneer and mix it well.
29. Add 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon kitchen king masala and mix it well.
30. Now, add the prepared mixture in it and mix it well.
31. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
32. Remove it from heat and keep aside.
33. Take a hot dog bun and cut it into half.
34. On one side add the prepared chutney on it and spread it evenly.
35. On the other side add the green chutney on it and spread it evenly.
36. Place the tomato slices and paneer slices on it.
37. Add some onions on top of it.
38. Sprinkle some chaat masala and lemon juice.
39. Top with tandoori mayonnaise.
40. Add some cheese slices on top of it.
41. Cover it with another bun.
42. Heat some butter in a pan, place the prepared hot dog on it.
43. Cook from all sides until the cheese is melted.
44. Remove it from heat.
45. Serve hot.
