Maggi Egg Toast

Servings - 2 - 3

INGREDIENTS
Eggs - 2
Onions - 2 tablespoons
Bell pepper - 2 tablespoons
Tomato - 2 tablespoons
Salt - 1/8 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/8 teaspoon
Cooked maggi - 70 grams
Bread slices
Butter - for brushing & shallow frying

PREPARATION


1. In a mixing bowl, add 2 eggs, 2 tablespoons onions, 2 tablespoons bell pepper, 2 tablespoons tomato, 1/8 teaspoon salt, 1/8 teaspoon black pepper and mix it well.
2. Then, add the cooked maggi and mix it well.
3. Take a bread slice and add the maggi mixture on it and spread it evenly.
4. Heat some butter in a pan, place the maggi side down on it.
5. Brush it with butter.
6. Cook on moderate heat for 2 - 3 minutes.
7. Flip it gently.
8. Cook until it turns golden brown in color.
9. Remove it from heat.
10. Serve hot.

Mushroom Masala Toast

Dry red chili - 2
Garlic - 1 tablespoon
Onions - 170 grams
Red chili - 1/2 teaspoon
Turmeric - 1/4 teaspoon
Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
Water - 100 milliliters
Tomato - 180 grams
Sugar - 1 teaspoon
Mushrooms - 320 grams
Spring onions - 20 grams
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Butter - 20 grams
Lemon juice - 1 1/2 tablespoons
Bread slices
Mozzarella cheese - to taste
Spring onions - for garnishing
