INGREDIENTS
Water - 500 milliliters
Black peppercorns - 2 teaspoons
Ginger - 1 tablespoon
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Jaggery powder - 1 tablespoon

PREPARATION


1. Take a deep pan, add 500 milliliters water, 2 teaspoons black peppercorns, 1 tablespoon ginger, 1/4 teaspoon salt and mix it well.
2. Add 1 tablespoon jaggery powder and mix it.
3. Bring it to boil.
4. Remove it from heat and strain the tea.
5. Serve.
