Anarkali Salad

Servings - 2 - 3

INGREDIENTS
Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
Sesame seeds - 1 teaspoon
Cabbage - 160 grams
Boiled potatoes - 130 grams
Onions - 120 grams
Cucumber - 200 grams
Tomato - 150 grams
Pomegranate - 130 grams
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Chaat masala - 1 teaspoon

PREPARATION


1. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a pan, add 1 teaspoon sesame seeds and roast for 2 - 3 minutes on medium heat.
2. Remove it from heat.
3. In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients and mix it well.
4. Garnish with sesame seeds mixture.
5. Serve.
