Tropical Turkey Salad

INGREDIENTS
U.S. Turkey Breast - 600 grams

Salt - 1 teaspoon

Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

Olive oil - 1 tablespoon

Olive oil - 2 tablespoons

Honey - 1 tablespoon

Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

Garlic - 1 tablespoon

Salt - 1/4 teaspoon

Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

Spinach - 50 grams

Lettuce - 50 grams

Cucumber - 100 grams

Bell pepper - 50 grams

Celery - 50 grams

Onions - 50 grams

Orange - 100 grams

Pineapple - 100 grams

Green grapes - 100 grams

Almonds - 2 tablespoons

Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons

Raspberry syrup - 2 tablespoons

 

PREPARATION

  1. In a mixing bowl, add 600 grams U.S. turkey breast, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1 tablespoon lemon juice and mix it well.
  2. Marinate for 30 minutes.
  3. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a pan, add the marinated turkey in it and mix it well.
  4. Cook for 8 - 10 minutes on medium heat.
  5. Remove it from heat and keep aside.
  6. In a bowl, add 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 tablespoon honey, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 tablespoon garlic, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper and mix it well.
  7. In a mixing bowl, add 50 grams spinach, 50 grams lettuce, 100 grams cucumber, 50 grams bell pepper, 50 grams celery, 50 grams onions, 100 grams orange, 100 grams pineapple, 100 grams green grapes, cooked turkey, 2 tablespoons almonds, 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons raspberry syrup, prepared dressing and mix it well.
  8. Serve.
