Sweet Mango Chilli Sauce

INGREDIENTS
Mangoes - 500 grams
Bell pepper - 60 grams
Red chili - 1 tablespoon
Garlic - 1 tablespoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Sugar - 250 grams
Lime juice - 2 tablespoons
Apple cider Vinegar - 220 mililiters
Water - 220 mililiters

PREPARATION


1. Add 500 grams mangoes in a heavy skillet, 60 grams bell pepper, 1 tablespoon chili sauce, 1 tablespoon garlic, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 250 grams sugar, 2 tablespoons lime juice, 220 mililiters apple cider vinegar, 220 mililiters water, and bring to a boil over medium heat. Simmer for 20 minutes.
2. Remove from heat.Add mixture into the blender and blend it until smooth.
3. Place into a clean jar, allow to cool and keep refrigerated.
4. Serve.
