INGREDIENTS
Mango puree - 500 grams
Sugar - 100 grams
Cardamom powder - 1/3 teaspoon

 

PREPARATION


1. Add 500 grams mango puree in a pan, add 100 grams sugar and mix it and cook for 18 - 20 minutes on low heat, Keep stirring.
2. Add 1/3 teaspoon cardamom powder and mix it , turn of the flame.
3. Pour the mixture into a dish plate, Spread it evenly.
4. Keep it under the sunlight for 2 - 3 days. Once it is dried properly, cut it into pieces.
5. Serve.
