INGREDIENTS

Ghee - 50 grams

Almonds - 120 grams

Cashews - 120 grams

Raisins - 120 grams

Flaxseeds - 500 grams

Wheat flour - 500 grams

Ghee - 50 grams

Gum crystal - 60 grams

Ghee - 400 milliliters

Powdered sugar - 500 grams

PREPARATION

1. Heat 50 grams ghee in a pan, add 120 grams almonds, 120 grams cashews, 120 grams raisins and roast them for 3 - 5 minutes or till it turns golden brown in color. Keep aside.

2. Take a pan, add 500 grams flaxseeds and dry roast them for 5 - 7 minutes or till they turn brown in color. Keep aside.

3. Take a another pan, add 500 grams wheat flour and dry roast till it turns golden brown in color. Keep aside.

4. Heat 50 grams ghee in a another pan, add 60 grams gum crystals and roast them till it turns golden brown in color and start to leave its fragrance.

5. Blend roasted flaxseeds, dry fruits and gum crystal into fine powder.

6. Heat 400 milliliters ghee in a heavy skillet, add roasted wheat flour in it and mix it well. Add the blended flaxseeds in it and mix it well again.

7. Add 500 grams powdered sugar and mix well again.

8. Now, add the blended dry fruits and gum crystal in it.

9. Mix all the ingredients well.

10. Transfer this mixture into a bowl.

11. Take some mixture in your hand and shape them into ladoo.

12. Serve or store the pinni in an air-tight container. This can be consumed for over one month.
