INGREDIENTS
Water - 400 milliliters
Sugar - 200 grams
Cardamom powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Saffron - 1/8 teaspoon
Lemon juice - 1/2 teaspoon
Bread slice

 

PREPARATION


1. Heat 400 millilitres water, add 200 grams sugar, 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder, 1/8 teaspoon saffron and stir well.
2. Add 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice and then sugar syrup will start to boil.
3. Take a bread slice and cut out heart shaped slice from the bread.
4. Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet. Deep fry until crispy and golden brown.
5. Drain and immerse in the sugar syrup.
6. Garnish with pistachios.
7. Serve.
