No Bake Oreo Cheesecake

INGREDIENTS
Oreo cookies - 980 grams, divided
Cream cheese - 475 grams
Condensed milk - 400 grams
Whipped cream - 380 grams
Butter - 45 milliliters

 

PREPARATION


1. Take a oreo cookie and remove the cream from it. Doit for all.
2. In a ziplock bag, crush the oreo cookies, keeping them slightly chunky. Set aside.
3. In a large mixing bowl, add 475 grams cream cheese, 400 grams sweetened condensed milk and beat for about 3 minutes until smooth and fluffy.
4. Add 380 grams cool whipped cream, 250 grams crushed oreo cookies and mix well.
5. Add 600 grams crushed oreo cookies in a pie crust, 45 milliliters butter and mix well. Pour the cream cheese filling to pie crust. Sprinkle 130 grams crushed oreo cookies over the cake. Using the remaining whipped cream, pipe small dollops around the edges to give it a finished look.
6. Refrigerate it for 3 hours ( or overnight).
7. Add oreo cookies on top of it.
8. Serve and enjoy!
