No Bake Swiss Roll

INGREDIENTS
Biscuits - 250 grams
Coffee powder - 1 teaspoon
Chocolate syrup - 80 grams
Butter - 2 tablespoons (divided)
Milk - 250 millilitres
Coconut - 40 grams
Powdered sugar - 50 grams
Cardamom powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Milk - 250 millilitres

 

PREPARATION


1. Grind 250 grams biscuits in a blender.
2. Transfer it to mixing bowl, add 1 teaspoon coffee powder, 80 grams chocolate syrup, 1 tablespoon butter, 250 millilitres milk and knead into a smooth soft dough.
3. In a another mixing bowl, add 40 grams coconut, 50 grams powdered sugar, 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder, 1 tablespoon butter, 20 millilitres milk and mix well to combine.
4. Take a parchment paper and apply some melted butter on it.
5. Put the biscuit mixture and roll it into 1/4” thickness and try make rectangle shape.
6. Spread the filling over it.
7. Press it firmly and start rolling it as tight you can.
8. Refrigerate for 4 - 5 hours.
9. Once set, remove the paper and cut it into thick slices.
10. Serve.
