Peanut Butter Cheesecake Cups

INGREDIENTS
Melted dark chocolate - 200 grams
Cream cheese - 325 grams
Whipped cream - 100 milliliters
Peanut butter - 250 grams
Icing sugar - 100 grams

 

PREPARATION


1. Melt the dark chocolate and allow to cool until slightly thickened.
2. Take a ballon dip it in the melted chocolate and refrigerate it for 15 minutes.
3. In a mixing bowl, add 325 grams cream cheese, 100 milliliters whipped cream, 250 grams peanut butter, 100 grams icing sugar and mix well to combine.
4. Once the chocolate cups have set, remove the ballon from it.
5. Fill the cup with cheesecake filling and refrigerate for an hour.
6. Drizzle some melted chocolate over it.
7. Garnish with chocolate shard and peanuts.
8. Serve.
