INGREDIENTS

Ground lamb meat - 250 grams

Onions - 50 grams 

Coriander - 2 tablespoons

Green chili - 10 grams 

Red chili - 1 teaspoon 

Garam masala - 1 teaspoon 

Bread crumbs - 50 grams 

Refined flour - 25 grams 

Eggs - 3, divided

PREPARATION

1. Take a bowl, add 250 grams ground lamb meat, 50 grams onions, 2 tablespoons coriander, 10 grams green chili, 1 teaspoon red chili, 1 teaspoon garam masala, 50 grams bread crumbs, 25 grams refined flour and 1 egg. Mix the mixture well.

2. Boil 2 eggs, let them cool, peel, rinse and dry.

3. Now take a boiled egg and small amount of meat mixture. Carefully form a layer of meat mixture around the boiled egg and roll it on bread crumbs.

4. Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet. Place the meatball carefully in the oil and deep fry for about 5 minutes, or until the outside is golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper.

5. Cut it into half and serve hot.

6. Enjoy.
