INGREDIENTS
Zucchini - 150 grams
Broccoli - 160 grams
Bell pepper - 140 grams
Onions - 40 grams
Tomato - 80 grams
Boneless chicken - 450 grams
Oil - 2 tablespoons
Italian seasoning - 1 teaspoon
Paprika - 1/4 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon

 

PREPARATION


1. In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients and mix well to combine.
2. Preheat the oven to 480°F/250°C. Bake for 15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked.
3. Serve.
