Spinach Hariyali Chicken Kebab

INGREDIENTS
Spinach puree - 135 grams
Hung yogurt - 80 grams
Ginger garlic paste - 2 teaspoons
Turmeric - 1/2 teaspoon
Red chili powder - 1 teaspoon
Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Fenugreek leaves - 1 teaspoon
Oil - 2 tablespoons
Chicken - 600 grams

PREPARATION


1. In a mixing bowl, add 135 grams spinach puree, 80 grams hung yogurt, 2 teaspoons ginger garlic paste, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric, 1 teaspoon red chili, 1/2 teaspoon garam masala, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, 1 teaspoon cumin powder, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon fenugreek leaves, 2 tablespoon oil and mix it well.
2. Add 600 grams chicken and mix it well to combine.
3. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
4. Take a skewers and arrange the peaces of chicken into the skewers,.
5. Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Bake for 20 minutes.
6. Serve.
