Aloo Bread Pakoda

INGREDIENTS
Boiled potatoes - 700 grams
Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
Turmeric - 1/2 teaspoon
Asafoetida - 1/4 teaspoon
Dry mango powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
Ginger - 1 tablespoon
Coriander - 3 tablespoons
Gren chili - 1 teaspoon
Gram flour - 120 grams
Red chili - 1 teaspoon
Turmeric - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Asafoetida - 1/4 teaspoon
Water
Bread slice

 

PREPARATION


1. In a mixing bowl add 700 grams boiled potatoes, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric, 1/4 teaspoon asafoetida, 1/2 teaspoon dry mango powder, 1 teaspoon cumin powder, 1 teaspoon ginger, 3 tablespoons coriander, 1 teaspoon green chili and mix it well to combine.
2. In a mixing bowl add 120 grams gram flour, 1 teaspoon red chili, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon asafoetida and mix well.
3. Add water just as needed and make a thick batter.
4. Take a slice of bread and dampen it with water, squeeze the water from the bread.
5. Place the filling in the centre of the bread and Roll the bread.
6. Now dip the rolls into the batter.
7. Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet. Deep fry until crispy and golden brown. Drain it on an absorbent paper.
8. Serve hot with ketchup.
