Aloo Lachha Namkeen

Potatoes - 500 grams
Peanuts - 150 grams
Rock salt - 3/4 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon



1. Take 500 grams potatoes, grate them to make lachhas.
2. Soak for 1 - 2 minutes. Rinse the lachhas in water thoroughly. Repeat this process 2 times.
3. Remove water and place lachhas over the cloth and clean.
4. Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet and fry till golden brown. Drain it on an absorbent paper.
5. Heat sufficient oil in a another heavy skillet and fry 150 grams peanuts until there is slight change in color. Drain it on an absorbent paper.
6. Transfer the potato lachhas in a bowl, add peanuts, 3/4 teaspoon rock salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper and mix all the ingredients well.
7. Serve.
