 Bean & Pasta Stew With Cheese Ball

INGREDIENTS

Grated paneer - 280 grams

Salt - 1/4 teaspoon

Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon

Chilli flakes - 1/2 teaspoon

Oregano - 1/2 teaspoon

Corn flour - 2 tablespoons

All purpose flour - 100 grams

Corn flour - 2 tablespoons

Water - 170 milliliters

Bread crumbs - for coating

Oil - for frying

Olive oil - 2 tablespoons

Onions - 150 grams

Carrot - 150 grams

Garlic - 2 tablespoons

Tomato - 380 grams

Celery - 100 grams

Water - 200 milliliters

Salt - 1/2 teaspoon

Black pepper - 1 teaspoon

Dried parsley - 1 1/2 tablespoons

Chilli flakes - 1/2 teaspoon

Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons

Boiled macaroni - 150 grams

Boiled white kidney beans - 250 grams

PREPARATION

1. In a mixing bowl, add 280 grams grated paneer, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes, 1/2 teaspoon oregano, 2 tablespoons corn flour and mix all the ingredients well.

2. Take some mixture in your hands and roll it into a ball. Keep side.

3. In a another mixing bowl, add 100 grams all purpose flour, 2 tablespoons corn flour, 170 milliliters water and mix it well to make a thick batter.

4. Take the prepared ball and dip it in prepared mixture.

5. Now, roll it in bread crumbs.

6. Heat sufficient oil in a skillet and deep fry these until it turns golden brown and crispy.

7. Drain it on an absorbent paper. Keep aside.

8. Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a heavy skillet, add 150 grams onion and fry till translucent.

9. Add 150 grams carrot and mix it well.

10. Cook for 7 - 10 minutes on medium heat.

11. Add 2 tablespoons garlic and saute for 2 -3 minutes.

12. Then, add 380 grams tomato, 100 grams celery and mix it well.

13. Cook for 7 - 10 minutes on medium heat.

14. Add 200 milliliters water and stir well.

15. Bring it to a boil.

16. Then, add 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon black pepper, 1 1/2 tablespoons dried parsley, 1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes, 2 tablespoons lemon juice and mix it well.

17. Bring it to a boil again.

18. Now, add 150 grams boiled macaroni, 250 grams boil white kidney beans and mix it well.

19. Add the fried balls in it and mix it well.

20. Cook for 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat.

21. Serve hot.
