Bread Egg Masala

INGREDIENTS
Bread slices - 5 -6
Oil - 2 tablespoons
Ginger - 1 teaspoon
Garlic - 1 teaspoon
Onions - 160 grams
Turmeric - 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
Red chili - 1/2 teaspoon
Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
Bell pepper - 50 grams
Tomato - 80 grams
Sugar - 1/2 teaspoon
Eggs - 4
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander - for garnishing

 

PREPARATION


1. Take a bread slice and cut it into 4 pieces. Do it same to the other slices.
2. Transfer them into a bowl and keep aside.
3. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a heavy skillet, add 1 teaspoon ginger, 1 teaspoon garlic and saute till they are golden brown.
4. Add 160 grams onions and fry till they are translucent.
5. Now, add 1/2 teaspoon turmeric, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, 1/2 teaspoon red chili, 1 teaspoon garam masala and mix well.
6. Add 50 grams bell pepper, 80 grams tomato, 1/2 teaspoon sugar and mix it again. Cook for 3 - 5 minutes.
7. Add 4 eggs, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper and mix it well.
8. When the eggs are cooked add the bread slices and mix it again.
9. Cook for 3 - 5 minutes.
10. Garnish with coriander.
11. Serve.
