Cheese Bhurji Pav Sliders

INGREDIENTS

(For Garlic Butter)

Butter - 30 grams

Garlic - 1 tablespoon

Coriander - 1 teaspoon

(For Egg Bhurji)

Oil - 1 tablespoon

Green chili - 1 tablespoon

Onions - 2 tablespoons

Tomato - 2 tablespoons

Turmeric - 1/2 teaspoon

Salt - 1 teaspoon

Red chili - 1 teaspoon

Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon

Black pepper - 1 teaspoon

Eggs - 2

(Rest of the Ingredients)

Pav - to taste

Ketchup - to taste

Onion slices - to taste

Tomato slices - to taste

Black pepper - to taste

Cheese slices - to taste

PREPARATION

(For Garlic Butter)

1. Heat 30 grams butter in a pan, add 1 tablespoon garlic and stir till they golden brown in color.

2. Add 1 teaspoon coriander and stir well. Keep aside.

(For Egg Bhurji)

1. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan, add 1 tablespoon green chili, 2 tablespoons onions and fry till translucent.

2. Now, add 2 tablespoons tomato and saute till the tomatoes get soft and pulpy.

3. Add 1/2 teaspoon turmeric and stir well.

4. Then, add 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon red chili, 1 teaspoon cumin powder, 1 teaspoon black pepper and mix it well.

5. Add 2 eggs in the pan and cook for 3 - 5 minutes.

6. Transfer this mixture into a bowl and keep aside.

(Assembly)

1. Take a pav and cut it into half.

2. Drizzle pav with ketchup followed by onion and tomato slice.

3. Sprinkle some black pepper on top it.

4. Top it up with egg bhurji and cheese slice.

5. Place them on a baking tray and brush with garlic butter.

6. Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Bake for 5 minutes.

7. Serve.
