INGREDIENTS


Chicken Mayo Roll
Servings - 2

 

INGRDIENTS
Chicken brest - 340 grams
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Water - 500 milliliters
Egg yolks - 2
White vinegar - 2 tablespoons
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Oil - 200 milliliters
White pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
Mustard powder - 1 tablespoon
Sugar powder - 1 tablespoon
Lettuce
Hot dog bun

 

PREPARATION


1. Take deep bottom pan, add 340 grams chicken breast, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 500 milliliters water.
2. Give it a stir and allow it to cook for 10 to 12 minutes till the chicken is completely cooked.
3. Remove the chicken and allow it to cool down completely.
4. Shred the chicken well. Keep aside.

(For Mayonnaise)
1. In mixing bowl, add 2 egg yolks, 2 tablespoons white vinegar and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
2. Whisk this and while whisking add oil through a very thin stream.
3. Keep whisking it thoroughly.
4. Add 1/2 teaspoon white pepper, 1 tablespoon mustard powder, 1 tablespoon sugar powder and mix well to combine.

(Rest of the Preparation)
1. Add mayonnaise to the shredded chicken and mix well.
2. Slit the hot dog rolls and apply some mayonnaise so as to make it moist.
3. Place lettuce and stuff chicken mayonnaise mixture.
4. Serve and enjoy!
