INGREDIENTS
Powdered sugar - 170 grams
Ghee - 120 grams
All purpose flour - 145 grams
Gram flour - 30 grams
Baking powder - 2 teaspoons
Semolina - 2 teaspoons
Cardamom powder - 2 teaspoons
Coffee - 1 1/2 teaspoons
Coffee - for garnishing
Sugar - for garnishing
PREPARATION
1. In a mixing bowl, add 170 grams powdered sugar, 120 grams ghee and whisk it well.
2. Take a sifter, add 145 grams all purpose flour, 30 grams gram flour, 2 teaspoons baking powder, 2 teaspoons semolina and sift together.
3. Add 2 teaspoons cardamom powder, 1 1/2 teaspoons coffee and mix well. Knead it into a smooth soft dough.
4. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
5. Take a mixture and makes 15 - 16 small balls.
6. Add coffee and sugar on top of it.
7. Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes.
8. Serve.
