Crispy Banana Chips

INGREDIENTS
Water - 50 milliliters
Salt - 1 1/2 teaspoons
Raw Bananas
Oil - for frying

 

PREPARATION


1. In a bowl, add 50 milliliters water, 1 1/2 teaspoons salt and mix it well.
2. Take a raw banana and peel it off.
3. Cut it into slices.
4. Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet and fry these till they are light brown.
5. Now add the water and salt mixture in it.
6. Fry till brown and crispy. Drain it on an absorbent paper.
7. Serve and enjoy!
