 Crispy Chicken Burger

INGREDIENTS

(For Chicken Marinade)

Chicken breast - 2

Vinegar - 2 teaspoons

Mustard paste - 1 teaspoon

Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon

White pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon

Red chili - 1/2 teaspoon

Worcestershire sauce - 1 teaspoon

Salt - 1 teaspoon

(For Flour Coating)

All purpose flour - 250 grams

Red chili - 1 teaspoon

Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon

Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon

Salt - 1 teaspoon

Corn flour - 30 grams

Rice flour - 45 grams

Eggs - 2

Milk - 110 milliliters

(For Mayo Sauce)

Chilli garlic sauce - 1 1/2 teaspoons

Mustard paste - 1 tablespoon

Mayonnaise - 100 grams

(Assembling Burger)

Burger bun

Mayonnaise - to taste

Lettuce - to taste

Cheese slice - to taste

PREPARATION

(For Chicken Marinade)

1. Take 2 chicken breast and pound with wooden ladle.

2. In a bowl, add 2 teaspoons vinegar, 1 teaspoon mustard paste, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon white pepper powder, 1/2 teaspoon red chili, 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, 1 teaspoon salt and mix well.

3. Add chicken breast in it and coat them properly.

4. Marinate for 30 - 45 minutes.

(For Flour Coating)

1. In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients except, eggs and milk. Mix all the ingredients well.

2. Take a another dish add 2 eggs and whisk them well.

3. Pour 110 milliliters milk and whisk it again. Set aside.

(For Fried Chicken)

1. Take one marinated chicken breast and dip it into egg mixture and coat it with flour mixture then again dip into egg mixture and flour mixture.

2. Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet and deep fry until golden brown and crispy. Drain it on an absorbent paper.

(For Mayo Sauce)

1. In a bowl, add 1 1/2 teaspoons chilli garlic sauce, 1 tablespoon mustard paste, 100 grams mayonnaise and mix it well.

(Rest of the Preparation)

1. Take burger buns and heat for 2 minutes on tawa.

2. Take a burger bun. Apply mayonnaise on bun.

3. Add lettuce, fried chicken, mayo sauce, lettuce, cheese slice and then cover with another bun.

4. Serve.
