Crispy Potato Churros

INGREDIENTS
Water - 50 milliliters
Yeast - 1 teaspoon
Sugar - 1 tablespoon
Boiled potatoes - 200 grams
Oregano - 1 teaspoon
Chilli flakes - 1 teaspoon
Coriander - 3 tablespoons
Butter - 2 tablespoons
All purpose flour - 250 grams
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Water - 200 milliliters
Cheese slices - 3
Milk - 120 milliliters
Cheese - 80 grams
Oregano - 1/2 teaspoon
Chilli flakes - 1/2 teaspoon

 

PREPARATION


1. In a mixing bowl add 150 milliliters water, 1 teaspoon yeast, 1 tablespoon sugar and mix well.
2. Add 200 grams boiled potatoes, 1 teaspoon oregano, 1 teaspoon chilli flakes, 3 tablespoons coriander, 2 tablespoons butter, 250 grams all purpose flour, 1 teaspoon salt, 200 milliliters water and mix well to combine.
3. In a mixing bowl add 3 cheese slices, 120 milk milliliters, 80 grams cheese, 1/2 teaspoon oregano, 1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes and again mix well.
4. Spoon dough into a piping bag fitted with a 1.5cm nozzle.
5. Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet. Deep fry until crispy and golden brown. Drain it on an absorbent paper.
6. Serve.
