Egg Cheese Pakora

INGREDIENTS
Boiled eggs - 5
Mozzarella cheese - 25 grams
Onions - 60 grams
Coriander - 1 tablespoon
Green chili - 1 teaspoon
Red chili - 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Gram flour - 120 grams
Carom seeds - 1 teaspoon
Turmeric - 1 teaspoon
Red chili - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Ginger garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
Water - 300 milliliters

 

PREPARATION


1. Cut the 5 boiled egg in to half, scoop out the yolk and little bit of egg white to make the pocket big for stuffing.
2. In a mixing bowl mash the yolk, add 25 grams mozzarella cheese, 60 grams onions, 1 tablespoon coriander, 1 teaspoon green chili, 1/2 teaspoon red chili, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon salt and mix well.
3. Now fill the eggs white with mixture.
4. In a mixing bowl, add 120 grams gram flour, 1 teaspoon carom seeds, 1 teaspoon turmeric, 1 teaspoon red chili, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste, 300 milliliters water and mix well to make thick batter.
5. Now dip the stuffed egg in the batter and coat the batter evenly.
6. Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet. Deep fry until crispy and golden brown. 
7. Serve hot with ketchup.
