Egg Kebabs
Servings - 3 - 4

 

INGREDIENTS
Oil - 2 tablespoons
Onions - 80 grams
Boiled potatoes - 320 grams
Cumin - 1 teaspoon
Coriander - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Turmeric - 1/4 teaspoon
Red chili powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander leaves - 1/4 teaspoon
Mozzarella cheese - 40 grams
Boiled eggs
Eggs - for coating
Bread crumbs - for coating

 

PREPARATION


1. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan, add 80 grams onions and stir until brown.
2. Add 320 grams boiled potatoes, 1 teaspoon cumin, 1 teaspoon coriander, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon turmeric, 1/4 teaspoon red chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon coriander leaves and mix well to combine. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes.
3. Add 40 grams mozzarella cheese and mix well.
4. Make medium sized balls. Flatten them out in your palm. Place a boiled egg inside and cover up and roll it into oval sized kebabs.
5. Dip the kebabs in the beaten egg mixture and roll them in bread crumbs.
6. Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet. Deep fry until crispy and golden brown. Drain it on an absorbent paper.
7. Serve hot with ketchup.
