Egg Mayo Sandwich

INGREDIENTS
Boiled eggs - 3
Oil - 1 tablespoon
Butter - 2 tablespoons
Garlic - 1 teaspoon
Green chili - 1 teaspoon
Onions - 60 grams
Tomato - 60 grams
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1 teaspoon
Dry mango powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Ketchup - 1 tablespoon
Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
Bread slices
Butter

 

PREPARATION


1. Take a boiled egg and cut it into half. Separate the egg white and egg yolk. Cut the the egg white into small pieces and mash the egg yolks properly.
2. Transfer these both in a bowl and keep aside.
3. Heat 1 tablespoon oil and 2 tablespoons butter in a pan, add 1 teaspoon garlic, 1 teaspoon green chili and stir well.
4. Add 60 grams onions and fry till golden brown.
5. Now, add 60 grams tomato and saute for 2 - 3 minutes.
6. Add 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon black pepper, 1/4 teaspoon dry mango powder and mix well.
7. Now add the boiled eggs in it and mix well. Cook for 3 - 5 minutes.
8. Transfer this mixture into a bowl, add 1 tablespoon ketchup, 2 tablespoons mayonnaise and mix well to combine.
9. Take a bread slice, spread some butter on it.
10. Now put some filling on the buttered slice. Cover the filling with other slice.
11. Apply some butter on grill machine. Place sandwich on the grill. Apply some butter on top slice.
12. Cover and cook till the both sides are golden brown.
13. Cut it into half.
14. Serve hot.
