Grilled Paneer Sandwich

INGREDIENTS
Oil - 2 tablespoons
Butter - 2 tablespoons
Onions -190 grams
Garlic - 1 tablespoon
Ginger - 1 tablespoon
Yellow bell pepper -100 grams
Red bell pepper - 100 grams
Green bell pepper - 100 grams 
Mushrooms - 80 grams 
Tomato - 70 grams
Bread slices - 2
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon 
Oregano - 1 teaspoon
Red chilli flakes - 1 teaspoon 
Mozzarella cheese - 160 grams

(Assembling) 
Paneer slices 
Black pepper
Salt
Mozzarella cheese

 

PREPARATION


1. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan, add 2 tablespoons butter, 190 grams onions and stir.
2. Add 1 tablespoon garlic, 1 tablespoon ginger, 300 grams bell pepper and mix well.
3. Add 80 grams mushrooms, 70 grams tomato, 2 bread slices, 1 tablespoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 1 tablespoon oregano, 1 teaspoon red chilli flakes and 160 grams mozzarella cheese.
4. Mix very well and cook for 8 - 10 minutes and keep aside.
5. Take a paneer slices and sprinkle black pepper, salt. Spread veggie mixture on the slices and top with mozzarella cheese.
6. Cover with another paneer slice.
7. Place the sandwiches in preheated sandwich maker and grill till they are crispy and golden.
8. Serve hot.
