Indian Crispy Corns

INGREDIENTS
Boiled sweet corns - 280 grams
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Corn flour - 30 grams
Oil - 70 milliliters
Onions - 60 grams
Tomato - 60 grams
Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Red chili - 1/2 teaspoon
Chaat masala - 1/2 teaspoon
Sev - for garnishing

 

PREPARATION


1. In a mixing bowl, add 280 grams boiled sweet corn, 1 teaspoon salt, 30 grams corn flour and mix it well.
2. Heat 70 milliliters oil in pan, add the boiled corn mixture in it.
3. Cook 5 - 7 minutes. Transfer the mixture into bowl.
4. Add 60 grams onions, 60 grams tomato, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder, 1/2 teaspoon red chili, 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala and mix all the ingredients well.
5. Garnish with sev.
6. Serve immediately.
