INGREDIENTS

Peanuts - 45 grams

Ginger - 1 teaspoon

Garlic - 1 teaspoon

Green Chili - 2

Water - 2 tablespoons

Rice Flour - 30 grams

Coriander - 65 grams

Turmeric - 1/4 teaspoon

Red Chili - 1/4 teaspoon

Coriander powder - 1/2 teaspoon

Cumin - 1/2 teaspoon

Asafoetida - 1/4 teaspoon

Sesame Seeds - 1 tablespoon

Gram Flour - 120 grams

Sugar - 1/2 teaspoon

Salt - 1/2 teaspoon

Water - 110 millilitres

PREPARATION

1. Heat a pan on low heat, add 45 grams peanuts and roast the peanuts till it become crunchy. Now blend them and keep aside.

2. In a mixing bowl, add 1 teaspoon ginger, 1 teaspoon garlic, 2 green chili, 2 tablespoons Water and blend it into a smooth paste.

3. Transfer it to another mixing bowl, and add 30 grams rice flour, 65 grams coriander, 1/4 teaspoon turmeric, 1/4 teaspoon Red chili, 1/2 teaspoon Coriander powder, 1/2 teaspoon cumin, 1/4 teaspoon asafoetida, 1 tablespoon

sesame seeds, 120 grams gram flour, 1/2 teaspoon sugar ,1/2 teaspoon salt, blended peanuts, 110 milliliter water and Mix it well to combine.

4. Put the mixture into a steamer and steam for 20 - 25 minutes.

5. Garnish with coriander.

6. Serve the hot with ketchup
