 Maggi Pizza

Servings - 2 - 3

INGREDIENTS

Water - 220 milliliters

Maggi noodles - 120 grams

Maggi masala - 1 tablespoon

Salt - 1/2 teaspoon

Black pepper powder - 1/4 teaspoon

Corn flour - 1 tablespoon

All purpose flour - 1 tablespoon

Oil - for greasing

Oil - 1 1/2 tablespoons

Pizza sauce - to taste

Ketchup - to taste

Tomato - to taste

Bell pepper - to taste

Mixed herbs - to taste

Chilli flakes - to taste

Mozzarella cheese - to taste

PREPARATION

1. Heat 220 milliliters water in a pan, add 120 grams maggi noodles and mxi it well.

2. Cook till the water is fully absorbed.

3. Transfer the maggi into a bowl, add 1 tablespoon maggi masala, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder, 1 tablespoon corn flour, 1 tablespoon all purpose flour and mix it well.

4. Grease a tray with oil and add the maggi on it.

5. Spread it evenly.

6. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.

7. Heat 1 1/2 tablespoons oil in a pan, add the refrigerated maggi on it.

8. Cook till it turns golden brown in color.

9. Flip it gently.

10. Spread pizza sauce and tomato ketchup on it.

11. Add tomato and bell pepper on top.

12. Sprinkle with mixed herbs and chilli flakes.

13. Top with mozzarella cheese.

14. Cover it with lid and cook for 5 minutes or till the cheese is melted.

15. Remove it from heat and cut it into slices.

16. Serve hot.
